Lied about shipping item

I ordered an item on Dec. 21st for Christmas on the www.tiffany.com web site and the site informed me that I would receive free overnight shipping. I ordered the item and two days later when I called Tiffany to find out if my item had shipped a very rude customer service woman told me not to worry the shipment was on its way. She then promptly hung up on me so I waiting until the 24th and still no item. Am waiting on response. Don't buy from www.tiffany.com
