Did not send items or answer emails but took money right away

Purchased complete set of Diagnosis Murder DVDs for my mother for Christmas. Order placed in November. Payment taken from Credit Card on November 20. Emailed in mid December but response. Emailed again closer to Christmas still no response. Tried to email in January from my computer but email returned undelivered. Email from website in February - no response. Reported to FTC in February. No response from DVD Donkey, or FTC. No products received to date. I am from Australia, and now don't know where to go to remedy my situation.
