Ordered items through website via Paypal.
Waited several weeks for items to arrive.
Paypal will not investigate because I waited too long to file complaint.
Phoned, emailed company on numerous occasions.
After 5 months received call from owner of company, said he was out of town and would contact me in 1-2 days. Have not heard from him in over 2 months. Keep calling, emailing and texting. He contacted me via text asking why He should contact me. Did some research on company, apparently he has done this to several other people.
