Never received order, doesn't respond to calls or e-mails

I placed an order on 8/21.
E-mail said it would shipped that week.
I never received my order, and I have e-mailed 3 times and called once.

I have not received a response. I have filed with the BBB, they also have complaints filed there from other customers.

I did file a chargeback dispute with the bank, and hope to get a refund via the bank.

I am very dissapointed with this company, and will never order from them again.
