I had ordered Windows XP 64bit for a specific computer and need for that OS. After a several days I checked the order status and it said it had not shipped. I filed a dispute through PayPal and the next day it showed that it had shipped. That's where they tricked me. I closed the dispute leaving without a way to get my money back through PayPal. PayPal was very helpful though. Anyway, over a week went by and I never got the package. I contacted them again numerous times and finally got a response with a tracking number and an explanation of "we don't know whats' wrong" (yeah right). The next day the order was suddenly canceled. I contacted them again more than once about a refund and finally got a response that I'd have my money back in a few days. I never got it. I have contacted them repeatedly since with no response from them. They ripped me off for around $108 dollars. I kept every email that was sent and received from the purchase to the last response.
