We found Stem to Stern via the web and ordered some engine parts on August 10. Leadtime was given as 10 days. We paid by MasterCard and the purchase sum has been deducted.
We have repeatedly tried to contact the company after the goods were supposed to have beed despatched but despite 20 or 30 attempts have not succeeded.
The company does not answer eother our e-mails or our messages left on voice mail.
