Still ripping off customers and excuses, excuses, excuses

Back on October 4 of I wrote about my horrendous experience with the most despictable retailer I have ever met in my 74 years on this planet. The owner, Ken Briggs, deserves to be next in line for the gallows after Saddam, the way he cheats and abuses customers. He even makes a profit by sending different equipment than ordered, and will only issue a credit if you pay both the delivery charge to you and the postage back, even though he is quilty of making the error.

He is also a master at avoiding your calls and emails and only appoligises when the many consumers write to the complaint using more excuses than M & M has chocolates in his rebuttals.

If history ever has repeated itself, this guy is the perfect example of one not to do business with.

I have found a legitimate golf component company called which has an excellent customer service program, good quality product, fair prices and an owner who cares about his customer relationship. They once made an error in what they shipped and paid the return and re-delivery charges and sent me a gift for the trouble.

I have taken the time to write back again after all these years because I see that good old Ken is still up to his old tricks cheating frustrated customers.
