They have several websites. I ordered golf clubs online with my debit card and all the customer service rep does is make excuses why they have not shipped out to me yet

I ordered golf clubs from this website with my debit card. They failed to ship them to me just asking me to please be patient and making excuses. I am in the process of trying to cancel my debit card since they have my information.
