The general manager of this gym, Dave Turnbull, has failed to honor the cancellation terms in the contract between myself and the gym. I have complied with the terms within that contract to the letter, yet the gym refuses to cancel this membership.
I was within my rights to cancel, based upon the verbiage of the contract as it was executed. The management insists that this is a 24 month membership, yet the contract specifically states that it is cancellable after a period of only 12 months. They have failed to live up to their end of the contract and all correspondence I have had with them has been ignored.
