Unpaid Contract. Shorted me on invoice. Failed to live up to terms of contract. Cheated me out of $500.00

This company subtracted $500 from what they were supposed to pay me after the work was completed. They did not live up to the terms of the contract, and used a B.S. Excuse to not pay me.
