I purchased kid's roller shoes from the company. When they arrived they were broken. The front wheel base on one of the skates did not lock into place nor did it hold in the wheel well when in tennis shoe mode.
I attempted to follow all of their requirements for defective merchandise return; including contacting them within 15 days of receipt to receive a Return Authorization Number but never heard from the company.
According to their policy, the Return Authoirzation Number is required for any return. They will not accept the return without it.
I contacted both their customer service line and their company rep each numerous times and still have never received an acknowledgement from them.
