Setpro And Paul Nyman
Cashed my $250 check but did not deliver what I purchased

I paid $250 for the Setpro Hitting CD in June. After cashing my check, Paul Nyman ignored my emails and phone calls.

After promising to mail me the CD, Paul had me download the CD files from his server. The files require a simple registration key to run the program, which I requested from Paul immediately after loading the files.

I never received the Setpro Hitting CD, and Paul ignored my requests for the registration key.

I do not want the CD nor do I want the registration key. I just want my money back.
