To whom it may concern,
I have ordered the Latavi cream free trial in the beginning of December. The person I spoke to said I will only have to pay 6.95 for shipping which I gave him my Zions Bank debit card number and it was paid. The gentleman then said I would be getting FREE information for other companies and then hung up. Well on December 9th my debit card was charged $1.99 by American Leisure & $1.99 by Easy Savings. I called the number that was on my billing statement from my bank that was for American Leisure and Easy Savings and both numbers had the same recording to enter my phone number which I did and all it said was to cancel press 1 so I did and then it gave me confirmation numbers of 53820512152744 and 53820512152943. I kept calling both numbers and kept getting same machine saying to call back during business hours which I was. Never did I get a hold of a live person. I have searched online for these companies and all I found was websites that numerous amount of people have been scammed http://usacomplaints.com/searchresults.Asp? They all got the same thing I did. Even after people have canceled they still got charged.
I then called to Latavi to have my membership canceled the girl gave me a confirmation of 406. I then told her that they (Latavi) had given my CC# to other companies and I wanted their numbers to cancel she gave me the numbers to Gold Savings 1-800-707-7937 which I have not been charged by them yet and have called and called and still get a busy signal. She gave me the number to American Leisure 1800-447-9977 and I got the same recording I got previously. Also the number to Easy Saver and it is the same recording that I get from American leisure 1-877-844-9554
I do not want any more charges to my debit card from any of the 4 businesses mentioned above (latavi, gold savings, american leisure, easy savings). If i get any more charges i will dispute them and have an attorney handle this.
This will be forwarded to Zions Bank and any emails I can get a hold of any of these companies including [email protected]
