I call sfc thru the phonebook to get sweats and they sent out a salesman named ryan which i explained what we wanted and we ordered that day he fax the artwork which we approved and he told us the order would be delivered in 4 days. When the order arrived in was not right the logo was way to big on the sweatshirt and i called to talk to him. He told me that was what you signed for approval and we can redo them but we would have to pay for new ones. We went to another company to do them right and we have heard many of the same stories from people who have used the before.
