I made an order and payment online on 15 May at about 9am, the amount charged was incorrect so I wanted to cancel my order. I called the customer centre numerous times and its says the number is not in service. I sent four emails and still I have not received a response. I need this order to be cancelled immediately. I tried calling the customer centre number again today 16 May and still I can't get through. I need assistance regarding this problem.
