I made an order and payment online in 15 May at about 9am. The amount charged was incorerect. I call the customer centre line numerous times and it says the number is not in service. I sent four emails and still i have not received a response. I want this order cancelled immediately. I tried call the customer care centre again this morning 16 May at 8.45 am still can't get through. Can someone help me solve this problem.
