I made an order and payment online on 15 May at about 9am. The amount charged was incorrect. I called the customer centre line numerous times to canel the order but its says the number is not in service. I sent four emails and still I have not received a response. I want this order cancelled immediately. I tried calling the customer centre again this morning 16 May at about 8.45am and still no answer. Can someone help me solve this problem.
