I ordered a phone from Intelenet because the website claimed it was free, after rebates. The phone was serviced through T-Mobile. When I got the phone, it barely recieved any signal. T-mobile claimed it was the phone, and offered to get me a new one.
Twenty-some complaints, $19, and 2 months later, I got a new phone from T-Mobile. But it didn't get any service either, and it was passed the Intelenet trial period. T-mobile agreed to let me out of the contract because they could not service my phone.
Two months later... I get an e-mail from Intelenet saying I owe them over $300!! Because I cancelled with T-Mobile before they got their commission.
Now they're trying to charge me $150 more for the phone that I already paid for, or they'll turn me in to creditors. The Better Business Bureau has not done Anything to help, as they promised.
