My story was going to be longer, but after all the time I spent sending emails, letters, and faxes, I did eventually get the rebates for my cell phones that I had ordered from Intelenet.intelenet gave me the wrong numbers for my area, so I was told by one of their employees to have Cingular give me new numbers for the right area. I called them back and let them know what the new numbers were so I could get my rebates. Even though it was Intelenets fault, I was not suppose to receive the rebates from InPhonic because the numbers were not the ones issued to my wireless phones when I bought them. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and some action was taken. Thanks to them, I did get my checks for the rebates. Please don't give up and go to the BBB. Please explain the situation to them for I am not the only one this has happened to.
