I had never had any issue with an order from think geek until about 2 weeks ago. An item that came free with my order as one of their promotions arrived broken. Within 48 hours of my email registering the issue, I was sent a shipping notice of a replacement item. I was not asked for any pictures of the damage or to pay shipping or anything. I was just issued a free replacement. I have been ordering from ThinkGeek.com for a long time and I see several orders in my future.
