I placed an order at ThinkGeek in April and sent it to a friend in DC. I totally forgot about it, but followed up on it recently, and found out it never arrived. When I queried with them there response wasn't "sorry" or "how can we fix it", it was "We have 90 day policy to follow up on an order, You should have contacted us earlier".
I understand they are within their rights to have a policy like this, but it is certainly not the type or response that will mean that I ever shop there again.
