Corporate Records Service sends you a very official notice, stating that you have to pay $125.00 to file your 2012 Annual Minutes Records Form. It took me several looks - and knowing that we never did this before - to figure out this is a scam.
Only on the front of their envelope does it state "This is not a Government document". Sneaky, craft folks targeting Illinois Corporations.
