Please be ware that Corporate Records Service is a scam. Do not fall for it! It is very official looking, but upon close inspection, certain aspects will stand out: There is no telephone number to contact the company. There is no street address, only a PO Box. No website, only an email address. Mixed in with a bunch of legal references, there is a statement claiming that the company is not a government agency and does not have or contract with any government agency to provide the service for which they are suggesting you pay! Please read all of your contracts carefully before submitting payment or disclosing personal information!!!
