Requesting 2012 Annual Minutes Records and a check of credit card payment of $125.00. The form look legit, nicely crafted however no website, no phone or fax number, just an email. Called the New York State Department of Corporations they never heard of this a request for Corporations. Called the NYS Office of Fraud and reported them.
This is a big scam. Do not send any money to them. There is no such requirement in ny. All corporate records are held by the company and are private!!!
