I bought a cor regulator and bubble counter from guppysaquariumproducts.com.Au in September and it worked for a few weeks before leaking all the co2 out of the bottle. I bought a Tunze one later and it has worked perfectly sonce then. Meanwhile guppysaquariumproducts.com.Au refuse to honor their warranty or refund by writing this:
<B>The unit is a DIY unit and the bubble counter come as a separate unit, the customer has to fasten it to the CO2 unit and insure the unit is air tight, if they dont know how to do it they should get a qualified person to do it for them, we are NOT liable because they did not assemble the unit correctly. We will not refund the customer at all. It will work 100% if they assemble it the correct way.

This was a reply to consumer affairs after they contacted Guppys. He refused to answer ANY of my emails whatsoever. Consumer affairs say that this guy plays hardball and does not cooperate. Not even replying to any customer emails is just plain depressing.
