Ripoff Says it is a free trial for only 1 dollar then charges 48 dollars to your account. Cannot get a live person on the phone or get anyone to respond to email

I was told it would only be 1 dollar and was charged 48 dollars. THIS IS A SCAM!!! I have yet to get a live person on the phone to discuss this matter. I waited on hold for 38 minutes, finnaly leaving a message and I still yet to hear from them.
