Ripoff charging 48.00 dollars instead of 1 dollar like they said. Florida

I was looking in download for movies, music, ect... I charge the free for 1 month trial for a dollar; but i notice that after that i woiuld get charged an additional 48.00 dollars. I try to cancel this, but insted i got this web page stating that sgada.com was a scam. So i would like to get some help in getting my money back.
