We purchased a mattress & box spring from the Bay in London, Ont. We paid $79.95 for a mattress pad that was garanteed for 10 years with up to 3 replacements. The company associated with this is Guardsman in Grand Rapids Mi. I have called 3 times after learning a claim form had to be sent. Have no paperwork regarding the terms of replacement. Guardsman has all information on file as to purchase price and date. When asked about the conditions to process a claim I was not given an answer. After 3 weeks we recieved a claim form in the mail but no paperwork regarding conditions. Why bother to submit a claim if I don't know the conditions as to whether it will be resolved. I think this company just takes the money and makes it impossible to make a claim. I will be taking this up with the Bay.
