I contacted guardsman to correct a problem with a seem in my leather couch. There process to place a claim is Absolutely ridiculous. I had filled out a form mail it to them for review.
They denied it because I had stated I noticed a few weeks back but put the claim in when it started to get worse. They said I didn't send my request in the 5 days of first concidering it a problem. I stated that I did follow your procedures once I believed it was a problem with the seem.
You call the 1-800-253-3957 and you cannot discuss your denial with anybody. You have to submit another letter to go infront of a board for review. They spend more time fighting you then just backing there product.
I will fight to the end. I am going to every and any agency I can. Watch for me on connecticut local television to let everybody know to never use this service. This company is national so everybody spread the word guardsman is a ripoff.
