When Free is NOT free and MagicJack gleefully quotes their EULA instead of fixing the problem

I'll be brief. MagicJack is now charging extra to call anywhere in Oklahoma's area code 580. Although they offer MJ service to area code 580, they try to extract a fee per minute to call this area code from other locations within the United States. When challenged to defend their claim of offering free long distance calls when it is absolutley NOT free, they gleefully hid behind the terms of their EULA that states, "We may require prepaid purchase and/or we may charge you for calls to conference lines, platforms and certain non-ILEC area calls, or any call wherein we incur a cost from another carrier." Now, that seems to allow them unlimited opportunity to charge for every call to every exchange.

This change from "free calls" to charging for every call to certain area codes is a dramatic shift in policy and ethics. I believe this company should defend what appears to me to be a "bait and switch" policy in court as a defendant to a class action suit on behalf of defrauded customers.

There's no FREE calls to area code 580 and others, so I will not recommend MagicJack to anyone.

Is anyone having the same problems with calls that used to go through with no trouble now being blocked unless you pay extra per minute for "free calls"?
