During the setup of my Magic Jack, I discovered that my AREA CODE is not on their list of available area codes. I had to choose another one for my state. As a result, every incoming call is long-distance to the caller. I have asked several times when my area code will be available, and only get a canned response that "they do not have any plans to add area code 417 at this time".
