Never Sent A Book I Paid For

I requested two publications in March as birthday provides for my boy. I did so obtain one, however the additional one never arrived.

Fourteen days following the first book came I approached them concerning the minute guide and was informed to hold back for 2 more months of course if I still did not obtain it seek advice from the postoffice. I waited again and examined using the postoffice, nothing.

And So I sent again and got NO reaction. I waited for 2 months after I delivered that e-mail and delivered still another. However no reaction. I tried that period one final time without any change is outcomes.

It's currently Nov and that I never did get the guide I requested and TAKEN CARE OF, a reimbursement or perhaps a reaction in the organization!
