i don't have the exact date that i signed up with xlibris. I publsihed my book titled youth on the move "the treasure lies in you" since than it has been a horrible experience, i paid all the fees and the book was published with all the errors, when i signed up i was told that the book would be checked and corrected, i waited for months and recieved no response, eventually when i did get a response i was told the lady working on my book had left, without having the decency to inform me. I kept enquiring and kept going back to front from pillar to post, we are now in 2013 going on 2014 and my book is st8ill not complete, i had to get someone else to proof read my book and edit and correct it, create an index, i have to wait few days to weeks to get a response, i have made a numerous amount of money, i didnt ask me book to be published for free, everything that was promised has not been fullfilles. The year is ending and i wanted my book to be ready but it seems as though no one is really interested in assisting, each time i am asked to pay, i have all my slips and i think it is totally unfair to take someone's money and not deliver what was promised, i have also requested a full refund but everyone has seemed to ignore that request, when will my book be finished? Does it take three, four years ti complete, my book id number is 302877. I do hope to get positive feedback from this
