I am filing this report on my behalf and all the other technicians. If we are the back bone of the company the ones making the money why do we loose the money. Here are the three biggest complaints. We use to get paid a standard rcv fee for relocating or replacing a rcv. Now the company only pay 4 for a replacement or relocate rcv. We use to get paid a standard rcv fee for installing clients and now they cost the price by $3.50. We use to get paid double to install a rcv on an commercial job but they cut that in half. We as technicians work hard everyday and from supervisor and up still get paid the same and hey all get Christmas bonus while the technician are here to suffer to make a living.
