I recently ordered an item on sportmemorabilia.com, and didn't read the fine print. I became aware that the product takes 7-10 business days for processing, in addition to the 4-8 business day delivery time frame. I contacted the tfn and spoke with a rep. Named Francis. She was very helpful and apologetic for the misunderstanding. She stated that she would try to see if she could get the processing of the item expedited. I received an email later that day, and she was able to have my order shipped out the next day! Awesome customer service.
