I ordered a cell phone case from them and paid 6 bucks for "expedited" shipping. Site stated "2-3 business days" for shipping time. On the third business day, I checked the status of my item. Still hadn't even been shipped. No tracking number, nothing. So I called customer service. I was informed that the first day didn't count (order was placed at 7 am, why that isn't early enough is beyond me) and then there was a 2 day processing time (not mentioned during ordering process) and then the item is shipped, which is 2-3 days time.
In other words, "expedited shipping" amounts to a week. All he could offer me is to cancel the expedited shipping and refund that portion of the total, or cancel the whole order. When I was not satisfied with the resolution to the call and I requested a supervisor or escalation department, I was informed that he was the head of the department and there was no one above him. I was never apologized to, was spoken to like I was less intelligent, and was given no reasonable resolution.
