HerbalRemedies.com company Ordered shampoo/conditioner 6/30, they billed my card 7/2, it's 8/31 and I still don't have my order

After shopping other sites for the lowest price, I ordered shampoo and conditioner from naturalhairlossremedies.com (an herbalremedies.com company) on 6/30/09 and was billed on 7/2. I was quoted 10 days for delivery, USPS.
Two weeks after I ordered I hadn't received the products so I called Customer Service and the rep with whom I spoke said the products were on backorder and wouldn't be in until 6/27. I told her their site didn't say the products were backordered, otherwise, I would have ordered elsewhere. She said she'd note my account and I asked what that was going to do for me, would I get expedited delivery, but she said no, she was only noting the account for management.
I called Customer Service 8/12 but couldn't get an answer after 32 minutes on hold, so I emailed. On 8/14 they replied,
"We do have a 2-7 business day order processing time, at times it can take longer according to product availability. Due to it not being available with our distributor, our warehouse needed to order the products in direct from the manufacturer. The warehouse is attempting to obtain the item. I have no exact dates for arrival to our warehouse, it could be another 3-5 business days."
I emailed again 8/28 but haven't received a response.
