WOW, wish I would have found this website first. I bought a Serta bed from HHCGregg. I paid 899.99. I believe in paying for comfort. Well, it hasn't even been 30 days and it's sagging already. Worst purchase ever. I can't even sleep on it. My back kills me. I have written to Customer Service twice. I have also kept a copy because in 2 days, the 30 day return policy will be void. So I am guessing what they are trying to do. Seriously, I can't sleep on this bed. It's horrible. And I have a feeling they are going to try and tell me there will be a restock fee. Restock a sagging mattress? And get this, the bed is not on the website for 591.99. A 300 price drop since I bought it. WOW.incredible.
