Mattress failed Serta's defective standards by a 1/2 inch

Mattress failed to meet Serta's defective standards by a 1/2 inch of sagging. The mattress tech used a string across the mattress to assess the sagging. Extreme sagging occurs while sleeping on the mattress. You feel like you are rolling downwards. If the issue persists and the impression (extreme sagging is what I call this issue) I can open a new claim in 6 months and pay the fee of 35 dollars. The company advised to rotate, brilliant now my husband has my saggy side and I have his. I should have thought of this myself. This is a "no flip mattress". Serta is ripping off consumers by advertising "we make the world's best mattress". I have invested over 1400 dollars in this King set hoped it would have lasted more than 2 years. I will never again purchase a Serta brand product.
