Like many of you reading this, I too had charges on my BellSouth phone bill from USA Voicemail for $21.30. Never ordered, needed or wanted it. After calling the 800 #, they said for me to pay the charge, then they will credit me on my next bill. I am NOT paying anything! Instead I called BellSouth, told them about the unautherize charge. They took it off my bill and sent the charge back to them. For anyone reading this, HAVE A BLOCK PUT ON YOUR BILL. It will prevent this from happening again. Only you can authorize extra charges on your phone bill.
