Heavy damage and now won't do anything to fix demolished furniture

These guys showed up late.

They then proceeded to "pack" the truch with the lightest stuff on the bottom—lampshade boxes; and the heavy stuff-book and record boxes on top.

They couldn't get the door open after they arrived 3 hours late. At first books fell out from a box that was ripped apart. After about an hour they managed to get the door open after breaking a yardstick that was holding it.

There is several thousand dollars worth of damage including several pieces of furniture are shattered. A solid oak dining table is in mulitple pieces.

I have been calling them and am being put off. "No one in" "We lost your fax" "I haven't seen anything".

It has been more than 60 days and I am heading to Small Claims Court.

I would never use these guys again.
