Kuester Companies Does not return deposits, poor service, unfair charges

Rented from Kuester in Boone NC. Service was poor. Unfair charges such as $30 for a trash bag left outside door while I went inside to get keys. Fire alarm goes off for no reason in middle of the night. Cracks in apt from settling building that they will not fix. Will not return phone calls. Very difficult to get a live voice I'm their Fort Mill office.
