Utopia provides poor service to all. They do not return phone calls

We signed up with Utopia to rent our condo. After 2 months we had no results. It is very difficult to contact them. They do not return phone calls. They do not return calls from applicants. Finally we cancelled the agreement. I placed an ad on the internet and within a week I found a tenant for our condo. We missed out on 2 months rental income because of them.
