I am writing to inform other prospective consumers about the unprofessional practices of NoleDigest.com. After signing up for one month only, I was told I would have seven days of free use. After being disappointed over the content of the site, I called on the 6th day to cancel my subscription. The lady who I talked to told me they wold give me another month for free to try out their service a little more. I agreed and I was then told that my card would be charged for only the one month I initially signed up for if I did not call before the one free month expired. This turned out to be a lie, and I was charged for more than one month I originally agreed to. When you call to see why, the lady is rude and her manager had no sense of customer satisfaction. They could clearly see I originally signed up for one month, but cannot seem to understand that being charged for more than one month is not something to complain about. Save yourself the trouble and go to warchant where they actually have interesting articles and a more comprehensive site, not to mention a better support staff.
