Do yourself a favor and find someone else to rent your property. I cancelled my contract with this company after 2 weeks and told them exactly how terrible I thought there service was.in response I was threatened with an attorney if i did not pay them $141.00 for 2 weeks advertising which mind you, got me 0 phone calls. Any company who charges any fees regardless if your property is rented is showing a lack of motivation. The agents are unprofessional and do not respond in a timely manner. They dont care if your property gets rented because either way they collect 99$ a month. You can do much better! Find yourself a company who only charges you if your place is rented... This gives them some incentive.
