I dialed 1-888-724-5551 which was the number to dial to get a "free reading" well they end up asking me to pay, so I pay for a 10 minute reading, which was 10 dollars, they give me a number to punch into their automated system to talk to Rita, I punch in the number, no answer, I go back, punch it in again, no answer, then one more time, no answer, so I call back a few minutes later, and try the number again, no answer. I then call the next evening, and request my money back, they try to convince me that they have an even better reader then the original one I was recommended, and by the way, the original recommendation had 20 some years experience, but this other one was much better, I said no, when I pay for a service, I expect to get it when I pay for it, so then I am told I will no longer be able to use the service, and I said that was fine, I would never use the service anyways, and they tell me it will take 3 to 5 days for my refund,

It is now 11-04 and no refund, so I try to call back, I get a recording saying I am not able to use the service, to call customer service, the number for customer service is 1-800-660-1922, I call that number and get the same recording. So I then call from my daughters phone and reach a man named Jonathon, I explain to him what my problem is, for one, I cannot get through, he says of course, you were told you would be black listed when you requested the refund, and I said that is fine, but how can I call if I don't get my money back, so he then looks into it and tells me that I requested it that same night, I said "no, I called back the next day" he looks and says oh yes you are right, and then says that I called a couple hours later, I said "NO, I called after I slept all night and then a few hours passed" he then corrected himself and gave times of call, I then said I did not get my money back, he then said that the money was refunded, I sad no it was not, I have records, and then he said the amount may have been voided and may never have gone through, I said it is not like I have thousands of dollars in my account and can't keep track of 10 dollars, the money was not voided, it was paid to you, and not refunded, he then said I needed to make a copy of the transaction and fax it to them and gave me a fax number, I do not want to fax anything, can you help me???
