The Dunkin Donuts located on 787 Sumneytown Pike Lansdale, 19446 is usually a great store with a friendly atmosphere and the coffee drinks made perfect. However, the past couple on Mondays going in and presenting my free iced coffee drink card, the employee Kathy S. Is so rushy and rude. She would mumble words under her breath and gives mean looks. I hand her my free iced coffee card and she gives me a rude look and says "Everybody wants something free these days"? Then, She would toss me back my card. That would be the only thing I get because I do not eat certain types of pastries, and I am allergic to certain types of baked goods. Why does Dunkin Donuts companies mail "free ice coffee cards" to consumers and employees act so rude because that is the only thing they get??? Sorry! This economy is not great and others are struggling? If I didn't have this card, I would pay for the drink and leave a tip. Not everyone is wealthy and can afford everything. I am a college student and work hard at my job, and I do not like to be treated that way and I do not deserve that service after long, hard weeks at school and work. Her bad attitude is bad for the dunkin donuts image. I am nice to her and in return she is rude and harassing customers??? I do not know why she is at the counter with that attitude??? I guess I will receive my service eslewhere and pay for my coffee drink with exceptional service.
