This company sent a very official looking document implying that I had to send them information and, of course, money to file my Annual Minutes. While it is possible that they may actually perform this service and do it well, it is NOT mandatory to have them company do it. While if you read their document very carefully, it disclaims that you need to use their service, but I believe their form is purposely prepared in such a way as to make you think you are required to file this paperwork through them and pay them a fee to do it.
