On October 4th an order was placed by phone with a customer service representative name Pat. Pat took the order, payment information and told me that I would recieve my product in 7-10 days. I asked for a confirmation number, and was told that they were simply the order takers and that I could call ACE Wigs directly.
On October 6th, I was charged $57.00 from ACE Wigs. On October 12th I tried to contact ACE Wigs to track my order. I left several messages by phone and three email messages. I recieved a standard computer generated response that instructed me to track my package by an invoice number. Since I never recieved a number, this was a mute point.
On October 20th I contacted the customer service number again and asked for assistance in contact Kim at Ace Wigs. I was told by Pat that the best she could do was to take my information again and try to get them to respond. As it stands, I have yet to recieve a response and I still do not have the product! The reality that I have been taken hit me.
