Ethan Blumenfield Does not return funds if you cancel their lousy service

Sent them a letter cancelling service, requested prepaid monitoring fee be returned. Was told they don't do that! Have called multiple times requesting that someone in charge call me back to discuss and they just ignore you. Do not use!!!
